Technologist, distinguished Keynote Speaker, Mentor, and Leadership Coach. With a
robust background in construction engineering technology, Fred plays a pivotal role
helping oversee projects of construction and revitalization of various roadways and
bridges across the New York metropolitan area.

Beyond his engineering career, Fred is an experienced keynote speaker who offers

Fred’s early life experiences in Monrovia, Liberia, during times of severe civil wars
profoundly shaped his commitment to fostering constructive change. Witnessing the
devastating impacts of conflict led him to make a resolute decision to focus on building
and uplifting others. His journey brought him to the United States at the age of 16,
where he pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering
Technology and Management from the State University of New York, Farmingdale.
As the CEO of Banny Enterprises LLC, Fred leads with a passion for innovation and
positive impact. He is also a co-founder of the Fred & Cordelia Banny Foundation,
which provides support to individuals, causes, and organizations dedicated to nurturing
the next generation of leaders worldwide. Fred’s impactful work has earned him U.S.
Congressional and Mayoral recognitions, underscoring his commitment to creating
meaningful change.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Fred can be found exploring new culinary
experiences along the picturesque shores of Long Island, NY, alongside his wife and
daughter.
