He brings over 15 years of expertise in developing and implementing cutting-edge DEI initiatives that not only meet compliance standards but also drive tangible cultural shifts. His visionary leadership has empowered countless organizations to harness the full potential of diverse talent, ultimately resulting in enhanced innovation, productivity, and engagement.
Parish completed his Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis. He holds a Master of Arts in Educational Technologies from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. He is currently working on his dissertation for his Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Leadership with a concentration in Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Arizona Global Campus.
