Maria Alejandra Mosquera, MSW, LCSW, Boston College grad and Posse Scholar alumna, has been in the social work field for 5+ years. Mosquera has experience in supporting individuals impacted by highly traumatic experiences ranging from migrant families separated at the border to survivors of all forms violence. Mosquera made a commitment to dismantling the racial trauma, that disproportionately impacts BIPOC communities, through clinical interventions. Alejandra is currently a social worker within the field of education, implementing anti-racist practices in schools. Alejandra is currently focused on finding tangible methods to create work environments that offer empowerment and support for BIPOC talent.
