Olivia serves as the Interim Director of Chicano/a Latino/a Student Services in the department of Ethnic and Intercultural Services at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.
She teaches in the Bellarmine College of Liberal Arts at LMU and acts as the staff lead for the Intercultural Facilitator (IF) Program, for which she was the former Student Director during her time as an undergraduate student. She is trained in Restorative Justice and has facilitated some of the campus’ most critical discussions. The work has taken her into educational and restorative spaces across the country.
