Dr. Anthony currently serves as the Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management at Rochester Community and Technical College in Minnesota. He is among the youngest Chief Student Affairs Officers and senior leaders within higher education today.
Dr. Michael Anthony
Dr. Anthony earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville, where he also worked for 10 years in various functional areas. While at the University of Louisville he also led the state association for student affairs professionals, and has been involved nationally within the student affairs profession since then. Before coming to Rochester he served as the Chief Diversity Officer and Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at Oakton Community College in Chicagoland.
Dr. Anthony is published in the area of African American male success in college and in leadership pedagogy. He has held adjunct faculty appointments at both Loyola University Chicago and the University of Louisville. He currently lives in Rochester, MN.
